The Zōē Method is a personalized 12-week online coaching experience delivered entirely online, including individualized coaching, digital resources, and AI support. No physical goods are shipped.
By purchasing, you confirm that you understand you are buying a digital coaching service and that individualized work begins shortly after enrollment.
Refund Policy
The Zōē Method is covered by a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a written refund request within 60 calendar days of your purchase date by emailing hello@byzoewomen.com, or by using the return option on your Digistore24 order confirmation.
Purchases are processed through Digistore24. Digistore24 GmbH acts as our authorized reseller and is the merchant of record for your purchase, meaning Digistore24 will appear as the seller on your bank or card statement and handles billing, invoicing, and the processing of refund requests submitted within the return period. Certain refund procedures are therefore also subject to Digistore24's own policies.
