The Zōē Method is a personalized 12-week online coaching experience delivered entirely online, including individualized coaching, digital resources, and AI support. No physical goods are shipped.
We also offer standalone digital products, including The Women's Hormone Blueprint and The Aligned Woman Journal, delivered electronically upon purchase.
By purchasing, you confirm that you understand you are buying a digital coaching service or digital product and that access or individualized work begins shortly after enrollment or purchase.
Refund Policy
The Zōē Method is covered by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a written refund request within 30 calendar days of your purchase date by emailing hello@byzoewomen.com.
Because the Zōē Method includes personalized coaching services created specifically for each participant, the value of any services already completed and delivered prior to your refund request may be deducted from the refundable amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Women's Hormone Blueprint and The Aligned Woman Journal, when purchased as standalone digital products, are non-refundable once delivered, due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads.
Full details, including the value assigned to each service, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Coaching purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Standalone digital product purchases (The Women's Hormone Blueprint, The Aligned Woman Journal, and The Complete Hormonal Health System) are processed securely through Payhip. Certain procedures may also be subject to Stripe's or Payhip's own policies.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
