1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of the Zōē Method coaching experience and associated digital products offered by Zōē.
By purchasing the Zōē Method, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every woman joining the Zōē Method to feel confident in her decision.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a written refund request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests received after the applicable guarantee period will not normally be eligible for refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Personalized Coaching Services
The Zōē Method is a personalized coaching experience.
Unlike standard digital products, significant professional time, expertise, and individualized work begin shortly after enrollment. These services are created specifically for each participant and cannot be reassigned or reused.
Where personalized services have already been completed and delivered prior to a refund request, Zōē reserves the right to deduct the value of those completed services from any refund issued, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Value of Personalized Services
For the purposes of calculating any applicable refund, the following service values apply.

Where applicable, deductions will reflect only those services already completed and delivered before the refund request is received.
5. Digital Products
The following digital products form part of the coaching experience:
- Women's Hormone Blueprint
- The Aligned Woman Journal
Where these products have already been delivered or made accessible, their stated value may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by applicable law.
6. Payment Plans
Customers purchasing through the monthly payment option remain responsible for payments already due before an approved cancellation takes effect.
Where a refund is approved, any refund amount will be calculated in accordance with this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please include:
- Full name
- Purchase email address
- Order number (if available)
- Reason for the request

If your purchase was processed through an authorised payment partner such as Stripe, you may also be required to follow that platform's refund procedures.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
9. Cancellation of Coaching
Participants may discontinue participation in the coaching experience at any time.
However, discontinuing participation does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Payment Processor Policies
Where purchases are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, payment processing, billing procedures, and certain refund procedures may also be governed by those providers' applicable terms and policies.
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections provided under applicable law.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.
